The log lodge is located 2 miles from the nearest public road on a working ranch at an altitude of 8,000 feet. It sits at the base of a mountain in Wyoming's Centennial Valley, and is adjacent to the Medicine Bow National Forest. The lodge comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, a dining area, and a large family area. Decks overlook the Centennial Valley. Wildlife you will see on the ranch include pronghorn antelope, mule and whitetail deer, elk, an occasional moose, fox, coyote, badger, an infrequent black bear, beaver, geese, duck, cliff swallows, Golden eagles, Bald eagles, hummingbirds, Sand Hill Cranes, and many others. During parts of the year, cowboys will be herding, roping and branding. On the ranch a short walk from the lodge is our private lake stocked with trout by the South Fork Fishing Club (great ice-fishing), and the 2-mile-long Spring Creek. The Medicine Bow National Forest is literally a few feet away for hiking, camping, horseback riding, skiing (powder snow downhill & cross-country), snowmobiling, ATVing, fishing, hunting, beast- and bird-watching, and photography.
